About Kyle Knox

Kyle Knox is a Certified Nutritionist, Personal Trainer & Health Coach.

He began his journey in the Health & Wellness space 3 years ago when he started a Personal Training business through which he gained experienced working with clients of all ages, everywhere from 13-65.

Since then, he has expanded into many different areas including speaking events, creating & running an online community coaching platform, coaching teams, 1:1 lifestyle coaching, a podcast & more.

Kyle specializes in helping others develop a mindset & lifestyle that serves them optimal health & wellness mentally, physically & emotionally.

In todays culture we normalize symptoms like low energy, mood swings, stomach discomfort, headaches, fatigue, brain fog, and poor digestion (just to name a few). THESE ARE NOT NORMAL! Most people have no clue how good their mind & body is actually supposed to feel.
